As the ultimate fast food guilty pleasure, Taco Bell is a place you go to when you have some serious cravings. While a lot of the menu items are definitely not low carb, we’ve found some great options for eating ketogenic Taco Bell!

It’s also nice to see Taco Bell join the low carb game with their limited release Naked Egg Taco and Naked Chicken Taco. These options both subbed out the traditional tortilla for either an all egg or all chicken shell!

While these Taco Bell menu items were likely marketed to the drunk-after-midnight crowd, it gave us keto dieters a glimmer of hope that they’d continue to market to the low carb crowd.

We’ve figured out the best option when it comes to ordering keto at Taco Bell.

Say “hello” to Taco Bell’s Power and Skillet Bowls— great options for keto fast food!
