I’m sure you’ve seen (and eaten) plenty of ultra low-carb foods. In this no carb snacks list, however, we are highlighting only those snacks that have zero net carbs. Zilch. Nada.

So, whether you want some snacks that you eat more of, or you are very strict in your carb counting, these items will definitely fit the bill.

Plus, there’s no need to scour the interwebs for low carb snack recipes. That’s because our list contains all low carb packaged snacks.

 

 

What qualifies a food to be on the ultimate list of no carb snacks?

The food must be:

  • ZERO Net Carbs (Total carbs – fiber = 0). Are these no carb snacks keto? Absolutely!
  • Moderate in protein (different for everyone, depending on your activity level and amount of muscle)
  • Mostly high in fat and preferably low in PUFAs (polyunsaturated fatty acids)
  • Tasty enough to crave

These crackers are definitely worth putting on your must-try list of low carb snacks, and it’s not just because they have zero net carbs.

The cheddary, crunchiness of these crackers is what you’ve been searching and craving for while you’ve been on your low carb diet. So make sure to give them a try!

They’re great on their own but especially dipped on zero carb spreads like our favorite Majestic Garlic that has all sorts of delicious zero carb garlic dips!

#2  SmartCake

Did you ever think a dessert would make the number two spot on a NO Carb Snacks list?!Well, it has and let us tell you these cakes are delicious and ZERO guilt!

SmartCake has managed to make a convenient and delicious keto friendly dessert without sacrificing taste or texture. These cakes really do taste like the real thing!

They are all sweetened with erythritol and stevia, and their main ingredients are egg and a fiber-based blend of flax and oat fiber.

Our favorite flavor is hands down Lemon which tastes just like a lemon pound cake. Next is the Tangerine flavor, which is similar to Lemon. The Coconut comes in third and if you like coconut flavored foods, you get a strong coconut flavor.

Cinnamon is similar to a cinnamon roll flavored dessert, however, we aren’t too excited aboutits aftertaste. We also aren’t too into the Chocolate flavor but it’s always worth a try!

#3  Eden Organics Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Not all pumpkin seeds fit on our list of no carb snacks but Eden Organic’s Spicy Pumpkin variety indeed has no net carbs.

These are such an easy and delicious snack and the size they sell at Amazon is extremely portable and also resealable. They are super convenient as low carb snacks on the go.

We like to have a bag of these in car or purse at all times in case we are ever stuck somewhere longer than expected and don’t have any keto-friendly foods around.

The spice is from just a hint of cayenne, but it has an Asian flare with some tamari soy sauce and garlic. The flavor is great and these are one of our go-to no carb snacks.

If you’re not into spice at all, they have a similar variety that is only dry roasted and salted.

#4  4505 Chicharrones

Pork rinds and cracklings can be staples on the keto diet since they are naturally no carb foods. The texture is very chip-like, so you satisfy your crunchy cravings, but they are also very flavorful. Best of all, most brands are in the 0 net carb per serving range, so you can go wild!

We’ve tried a bunch of different pork rinds, but these are our favorite. The Jalapeno Cheddar flavor is great because you get that white cheddar puff taste with a kick. It’s like a love child between Pirate’s Booty and those Mrs. Vickie’s Jalapeno Kettle Chips.

The Smokehouse BBQ flavor is also delicious with its sweet tanginess. The seasoning is a bit on the lean side, but that’s a good thing. It’s much better than eating pork rinds that just blindly shaken together with some BBQ rub.

#5 Salami & Cheese

Olli Genoa Snack Pack Salami

One of the easiest and simultaneously flavorful snacks is salami with some provolone cheese. Or even easier, try it with some string cheese, which also complements salami well.

For the salami, we like the artisan taste of Olli Pre-Sliced Calabrese Salami. These pre-sliced salami are convenient and go hand-in-hand with cheese for an easy, flavorful and filling snack!

It’s basically like you’re picking the pepperoni and cheese off of a pizza, which is probably the most hardcore keto thing you can do!

Of course, the salami and cheese combo both add up to 0g net carbs— so eat away!

#6  SeaSnax Seaweed Snacks

Seaweed. I know it sounds weird. I thought for sure this would be like eating salted lettuce. And, in a sense, it kind of is because there are not a lot of calories in them.

But it’s on this keto diet food list because it’s a great snack for when you want to eat without really eating. Confused?

The whole pack is only 15 total calories with 0 net carbs. But, SeaSnax Seaweed Snacks are very flavorful and extremely crunchy and they help you get your munch on. That makes these one of the best carb free snacks for diabetics and those of us on the keto diet.

#7  ParmCrisps Cheese Crisps

Cheese crisps are such a versatile snack food. You can munch on them all by themselves or use them as little crackers for dips.

In general, cheese crisps are made from Parmesan and can be found flavored with various herbs and spices.

It seems like more and more brands of cheese crisps are being released every day, but ParmCrisps from Kitchen Table Bakers happen to have 0 net carbs. These are great little snacks!

#8  People’s Choice Beef Jerky – Original 

Most beef jerky brands sneak in loads of carbs and sugar. People’s Choice Beef Jerky is one of the only jerky brands that qualify for our no carb snacks list!

There are a variety of flavors. We prefer the Old Fashioned Original for a quick on-the-go snack. Whether we are headed to the gym, hiking, or catching a plane we always have this jerky close by.

#9 Tuna & Mayo

Some people might not be into tuna fish but for us, this is an easy go-to snack that we really enjoy. You can even chop up some dill pickles or add some mustard to add a little flare (dill pickles and mustard are less than 1g net carb per serving!).

We use Sir Kensington’s Avocado Mayo because it’s 100% made with Avocado Oil. That means it’s low in PUFAs (poly-unsaturated fats) and it also tastes great.

We also try to stick to wild-caught fish!

If you aren’t into tuna fish you can sub it out for shredded chicken (hint: go with the dark meat version for more fat) or a hardboiled egg to make chicken or egg salad.

Note: Hardboiled eggs can be a lifesaver on keto because they have a good amount of fat and ZERO carbs!

#10 Milkadamia – Unsweetened Vanilla Macadamia Milk

Hard boiled eggs are another staple that keep you satiated and do not contain any carbohydrates. And, a decent amount of protein should help with hunger as well.
