Alyssa’s Healthy Bites
The Top Keto Oatmeal Cookies You Can Buy!
There’s really no substitute for a good ol’ fashioned oatmeal cookie. Well, it’s a good thing Alyssa’s Oatmeal Bites don’t try to sub out any of the good stuff in their keto oatmeal cookies.
Keto oatmeal cookies, but high on flavor
Alyssa’s has figured out a way to pack 100% oatmeal flavor into as low as 2g net carbs (Vegan Version) and 3g net carbs (Non-Vegan) per cookies. There’s a reason these fly off the shelves in stores and go in and out of stock online. These also go perfectly with some unsweetened butter coffee for a quick and easy morning meal.
We snack on these all day and have no issues stating in ketosis! They have been a lifesaver since the start of our keto lifestyle!
Pro Tip:
We have even made our own versions of Hostess Oatmeal Cream Pies using Kalona’s Supernatural Heavy Whipping Cream (zero net carbs) and Now Foods Stevia. Whip up the cream to the texture you like and add 8-10 drops (1/4 teaspoon) of stevia. Mix and add to the middle of two cookies!
Alyssa’s Oatmeal Cookies (Bites) Varieties
