3/4cupFeta Cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 12 Cup normal-sized Muffin Pan (if using silicone sheet no need to grease)
Pepperoni Pizza Egg Bites
Wisk eggs so it's a smooth blend. Add all ingredients for the Pepperoni egg bites together and mix.
Evenly pour the Pepperoni mixture into six of the muffin cups.
Mediterranean Egg Bites
Wisk eggs so it's a smooth blend. Add all ingredients for the Medterranean egg bites together and mix.
Evenly pour the Mediterranean mixture into the remaining six of the muffin cups.
Place the muffin sheet into the oven.Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow egg bites to rest for 2-5 minutes after done baking. Note: They will rise in the oven and then shrink once cooled.
