Our List of the Best Easy Keto Brownies to Buy
#1 Duncan Hines Walnut Fudge Brownie Mug Cake
The great thing when a household name brand comes out with a dessert is you KNOW they did their homework on taste. And, we are glad to report, these Duncan Hines Walnut Fudge Brownie mug cakes taste amazing! They are our favorite keto mug brownie by far.
- Super convenient. It takes 1 minute in the microwave for a fresh, hot fudge brownie.
- You add water and a tablespoon of your favorite oil, pop it in the microwave and that’s it.
- We love the fact that they allow us to add our own oil, rather than add a ton of their own. We use MCT oil with these mug cakes and the flavor is perfect!
- It’s hot out of the microwave, so throw on a scoop of your favorite vanilla keto ice cream to take this to the next level.
- Great ingredients! We were floored to see such a huge brand come out with relatively clean, simple ingredients.
- Almond Flour, Allulose, Cocoa Powder Processed With Alkali, Palm Oil, Walnuts, Coconut Flour, Dried Egg Whites, Leavening (Cream Of Tartar, Baking Soda), Xanthan Gum, Salt, Stevia Sweetener
- 5g net carbs per cup (remember the allulose doesn’t count towards net carbs)
- No sugar alcohols!
You can grab them on Amazon (12-pack is the best price) or you might be able to find them at Walmart.
#2 HighKey Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies
These HighKey Double Chocolate Brownies are technically cookies, but they are some tasty little brownie-flavored bites. As cookies go, these are on the crispier side. Other than that, everything else is very much like a classic brownie. That means they are extremely rich and chocolatey and not overly sweet.
Lastly, you definitely want to have a glass of keto friendly milk around to wash these down– it is the perfect complement.
#3 KetoBrownie – Low-Carb High Fat Baked Keto Brownies
This is definitely one of the top “no bake” keto fudge brownies on the market. The low glycemic sweeteners used in these keto brownies are Erythritol, Stevia, and Monk Fruit.
Both flavors have great macro counts for each flavor including 16g of fat for the Blondie and 12g of fat for the Chocolate Almond and that is per bar!
The texture is chewy and gooey and a bit denser than a traditional brownie. Unlike with some of the other keto alternative dessert products that just taste like glorified protein bars, these brownies don’t have that weird texture and aftertaste that protein bars have.
These keto brownies are great to bring along on all your outdoor adventures. They also are great for the on-the-go business traveler (We certainly have taken these are numerous flights with us).
They hit that sweet craving that many people have a hard time with at the beginning of keto. These bars are definitely a great keto dessert alternative!
Two Flavors:
- Chocolate Almond Brownie – 6g net carbs (per bar)
- Blondie – 5g net carbs (per bar)
#4 Simply Scrumptous Low Carb Brownies
These Simply Scrumptious Low Carb and Keto Fudge Brownies are moist and fluffy. Ketoers could be put off by the fact they are low fat (even though they are still very low carb). But, some people out there might prefer this!
Pro-Tip: To get the ultimate brownie texture and taste microwave these up for 10-15 seconds and go to town. You might even top it off with a little helping of your favorite keto ice cream and syrup for a real chocolate delight!
Simply Scrumptous also makes four different flavors of keto friendly coffee cakes including Cinnamon Swirl, Lemon, Pina Colada and Very Berry!
There is a variety pack of their low carb products that includes their cookies, brownies, and cakes!
Brownie Ingredients: Water, erythritol, oat fiber, egg whites, defatted cocoa, non-fat cream cheese, puree, wheat flour, brown sugar, vanilla, baking powder
Two Brownie Flavors:
- Peanut Butter – 4g net carbs (per bar)
- Double Fudge – 5g net carbs (per bar)
#5 Atkins Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownie Bars
Atkins products have been around forever and are time-tested. The Atkin’s Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar is no exception. The flavor and texture are on point and these have a bit of a sweeter taste.
We rank these lower because one of the main sweeteners is maltitol, which does have an effect on your blood glucose (about half the effect of sugar). Also, the ingredients tend to be less natural and more processed (soybean oil, maltodextrin, etc.).
Still, these are a solid option to try and are generally a little cheaper than other of the more natural options on this list.
The bars are also only 2g net carbs per 40g bar. However, keep in mind that maltitol and maltodextrin can make this low net effective carb value a bit deceiving.
Of course, you could always make your own fresh brownies. That way you can kick it up a notch by throwing in some Lily’s Chocolate Chips into the mix to get nice and gooey, fudge brownies. Here is a great low carb mix for keto fudge brownies.
Swerve Chocolate Cake
While it is technically chocolate cake mix, you can also turn Swerve Chocolate Cake Mix into brownies. Just use one less egg than called for and that will make the consistency much thicker and brownie-like.
And because the serving amount is higher, this ends up being extremely close to Good Dee’s 1g net carb per serving. The official carb count is 2g net carbs per 25g serving. This low carb count is due to the fact that almond flour is the number one listed ingredient, which is normally a very good indicator that the product will be low carb.
Pro-Tip: Swerve also makes granulated and powdered sweeteners that are great 1:1 baking substitutes for sugar.
