Now more than ever, there are a lot of options that allow you to eat ketogenic McDonalds.
All their burgers and breakfast sandwiches can be customized to make Keto friendly. Below we have a few keto fast food sample orders and tips to ordering keto at McDonald’s.
Customizing Ketogenic McDonalds:
Burgers/Grilled Chicken Sandwiches
- Most Burgers or Grilled Chicken Sandwiches without the bun are in the 4-9 net carb range
McDonald’s is great because you can build any burger or sandwich your way so having for burgers feel free to add on the following toppings:
