As the ultimate fast food guilty pleasure, Taco Bell is a place you go to when you have some serious cravings. While a lot of the menu items are definitely not low carb, we’ve found some great options for eating ketogenic Taco Bell!
It’s also nice to see Taco Bell join the low carb game with their limited release Naked Egg Taco and Naked Chicken Taco. These options both subbed out the traditional tortilla for either an all egg or all chicken shell!
While these Taco Bell menu items were likely marketed to the drunk-after-midnight crowd, it gave us keto dieters a glimmer of hope that they’d continue to market to the low carb crowd.
However, just because those items were limited release (at least for now!), that doesn’t mean we can’t still hit up our favorite guilty pleasure fast food chain while on keto.

Low Carb Taco Bell’s Power Bowls are already very close to being keto friendly as ordered. They normally come with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and a protein. The biggest offenders on that list for the keto diet are the rice and beans.
So, if you order no rice, no beans and customize from the list of ingredients, below, you can come up with a great keto Taco Bell Power Bowl.
