Our Go-To Orders
- Triple Decker Club (no bun, no honey mustard) – 8g net carbs
- Bacon, Ham, Roast Turkey, Roast Beef, Swiss/Cheddar
- Add Garlic Aioli
- Fire-Roasted Philly Roast Beef (no bun) – 4g net carbs
- Roast Beef, Swiss, Garlic Aioli and Grilled Peppers
- Reuben (no bun, no thousand island) – 3g net carbs
-
- It really isn’t a Reuben without Thousand Island though. Keeping the sauce adds on 3g net carbs.
-
- Bacon ‘N Brisket Beef ‘N Cheddar (no bun, no red ranch sauce) – 4g net carbs
- Roast Beef, Brisket AND Bacon
- If you hold the cheddar sauce, you can save 2g net carbs
- Loaded Italian (no bun) – 7g net carbs
- Salami, Ham, Swiss, Pepperoni, Banana Peppers, Garlic Aioli
- Flavorful and goes really well on top of a salad.

Salad
Honestly, we really only use the salads as a vessel for the meats.
So, if you want more salad, go with the full-size Farmhouse salad with Turkey. Otherwise, just go with the side salad.

- Comes with lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese.
- Roast Turkey Farmhouse Salad – 6g net carbs
- Turkey, Bacon and Cheddar

Any toppings you should stay away from? YES!
- Gyro – 8g net carb
- Crispy Chicken – 19g net carb
- Pecan Chicken – 8g net carb
- Dijon Honey Mustard – 8g net carb
- Crispy Onions – 6g net carb
- Hawaiian Sauce – 4g net carb

Ordering Tips
When ordering, simply ask for the modifications that we list. What’s awesome is when you order no bun, everything comes in a bowl! Nice and neat.
Also, if you do want to still eat some of the sauces, ask for them on the side so that you can control the amount.
Whew, that’s it for our Arby’s keto guide. Hopefully you made it through all without the meat sweats.
